Interested in Volunteering at the Museum?

Call into the Museum during opening hours to discuss joining our volunteer team. You will receive a warm welcome.

Volunteers staff the museum, run family activities in school holidays, produce and distribute publicity materials, organise the stewards’ rota, support other volunteers, fundraise, research subjects and put on exhibitions, encourage new members, maintain a database of supporters, produce a quarterly newsletter, write press releases, manage the finances, put on fundraising events, manage the charity and plan for the future. And probably lots of other things.

Stewards - lots needed!  Minimum of 2 hours a month.
